Head Chef required for this fabulous premium banqueting site, which only caters for exclusive use events up to about 150 pax.
All the ingredients are fresh, sourced from the region, menus are written centrally, so no need to panic about that, just turn up to work, cook great food, and GET HOME EARLY!
Prep days are daytime straights finishing at 5pm, live days you will be out by 9pm usually.

You should have experience working in fast paced, fresh food sites or banqueting environments; Chefs with an aptitude and a passion for cooking fantastic food will be considered. We are looking for candidates with a stable track record for this role. This is a long term appointment.
