My client a country inn with 10 rooms is looking for a head chef to come and run the kitchen and a partner to take on some front of house duties and housekeeping. The inn is family owned and is currently seeking planning permission for another 24 rooms so this is an exciting time to join the property. The food offering is all fresh so exposure at fresh food is essential.
The head chef would be doing around 30 covers a service so it is a small team and very hands on role, great teamwork is essential as the team are like family. Front of house would see bar work and attending the rooms alongside waiting tables a little experience in this type of work would be great.
My client is offering a combined salary of £32000 – £35000 plus free live in for this role alongside a relaxed working environment and the potential to grow as more rooms are added
