My client is looking for a head chef for their busy fresh food site. With a mix of fine dining, afternoon tea, bar and functions there is a good mix to keep the head chef busy. The shifts are all earlies or late’s so some work life balance while still producing a good product.
The head chef will be happy managing a small team, currently 4, and be real hands on and ready to muck in. they will be happy cooking a variety of styles to meet the business needs but be comfortable at a rosette standard.
My client would look at a strong sous chef looking for their first head chef role.
