My client is looking for a head chef to open their new site in South Gloucestershire. On the site of a new apartment development you will look after a restaurant and a coffee shop with grab and go. The catering operation is being ran by a national contract caterer so there will be lots of opportunity to progress your career.
The successful head chef will use a 5 man brigade to run the operation which is closed Sunday afternoon and Monday all day.
This is a 40 hour contract, and you will stick to that.
The successful head chef will be ready to open aa new site with all the snags that brings, recruit their own team and run the kitchen operation.
The site is due to open April so my client is looking to move quickly.
