My Client, a coastal estate in North Yorkshire are looking for a head chef to head up the offering on their multi outlet estate. Set in 100 acres with 2 restaurants this is a chance to get in to the company before massive growth plans are in place to invest £64 million in to the estate with more rooms and more food outlets which will offer great progression to an ambitious head chef.
The Successful head chef will help to maintain standards while pushing on the food offering, will be expected to write menus lead the team from the front as it is very much a hands on role.looking after all HACCP procedures this is a proper head chef role with a supportive Exec chef.
