My client is a 4* hotel in North Devon, looking for a Head Chef who can continue to develop this busy property. With its busy conference and banqueting trade, many weddings a year and 1 rosette standard restaurant the head chef will need to be an all rounder.

The head Chef will need to have previously worked in hotels, cooked to a 1 rosette standard minimum, have exposure of large banqueting operations and managed brigade of 20+ staff. In return this seaside hotel will pay the successful head chef £35000 – £40000, with a list of perks on top.
