Jubilee Talent are currently seeking a Head Chef to take on responsibility for this beautiful, fresh food neighbourhood restaurant.
You’ll be working in a small but passionate team, where quality is key. You will have full control on the menus, suppliers, and general direction of the offering, so you must have some experience with costing, stock control, profit control, and all the necessary health & safety and hygiene elements of running a food operation.
4 Day week – Wednesday to Saturday
Evening service only initially
Supplier visits and tasting opportunities
