Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef in a well-run established Fine Dining
Restaurant just 10 minutes from Newport in Wales.  The Restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced driven individual, who has the ability to work at a Rosette standard of cooking and at the same time deal with a high volume of covers.  This is a great role for the right individual and requires 100% Dedication. In return it offers a great salary package.

This role as Head Chef offers great progression as it is part of a multi-outlet hotel in a world renowned venue working under an excellent culinary director.

As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:

Experience at Rosette level preferable and a solid fresh food background

Driver Preferable

Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety

My client is offering up to £30,000 per annum plus fantastic company benefits.
