My client is looking for an experienced, target driven Head Chef who has a track record in delivering exceptional services and good quality food. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Chef to work in our idyllic venue for one of Britain’s finest country pubs, in the heart of the countryside, we are looking for someone who can engage and attract our locals and drive sales and efficiencies through the business.

The successful Kitchen Manager will oversee the food operation in this fantastic new kitchen, maintain the training and development of the team within this newly refurbished establishment and promoting growth within the financial performance of the kitchen. Have you got what it takes?

 

To be successful in this amazing opportunity you must be able to;

Oversee all food ordering

Maintain a positive and strong-minded attitude

Lead a team of chefs and produce a quality product

Dedicate time to train and develop

Multitask and pay attention to details

Maintain all legal responsibilities in regards to food safety/health and Safety

Be passionate and ambitious to grow within a fantastic organisation and to inspire the team
