My Client is looking for an experienced head chef to run their busy operation. Part of a small high quality group, the hotel has 40 bedrooms with a 50 cover fine dining restaurant, a busy bar section and caters for around 60 weddings during the year.

The successful head chef will have a background in fine dining having worked at least to 2 rosette standard previously, be comfortable manging a busy property which has a brigade of 11. The head chef will be expected to have the usual kitchen management skills of controlling costs and HACCP.
