My client an independent pub with 10 rooms are looking for a head chef for their busy pub. The pub serves all fresh food sourced locally as often as possible with a seasonally changing menu supplemented with changing daily specials.
The successful head chef will be a good man manager getting the most out of the 8 strong team, proven at delivering a profitable kitchen while producing a good product.
In return my client will give the successful head chef a salary of up to £31k with a bonus of up to £4K alongside tips of around £4k and a chance to drive this business forward
