My Client is looking for a head chef for their 80-bedroom hotel. The hotel has a large corporate customer base during the week supplemented by leisure trade at the weekend. The food offer is focused on relaxed social dining and currently holds a rosette.
The head chef will manage a team of 6 to service the property, have experience of banqueting, have a stable work history and be comfortable with autonomy of the menu.
This role would consider Sous chefs looking for their first head chef role and will pay the successful candidate up to £40000 dependent on experience.
