My client are searching for a head chef for their Cornwall hotel. The hotel has around 100 bedrooms, a busy banqueting department and is currently aiming for 2 rosettes. The hotel is privately owned within a small group offering the head chef plenty of autonomy.

 

The successful head chef will have worked in hotels, cooked at 2 rosette and have experience of banqueting so be a bit of an all-rounder.
