My client is looking for a Head Chef to work across the company’s portfolio of properties. The group is a small, young group with great ambition to grow and this a chance to be involved from a very early start. The role will be working closely with the Executive chef for the group who has a great pedigree in the industry.

The role will largely be focused on the non-food side of the business so the successful head chef will need good exposure at keeping control of all HACCP procedures, kitchen recruitment, managing kitchen equipment maintenance, keeping control of costs across the group both food and staffing. There will also be a requirement to work in each unit supporting the day to day running of each pub

The successful head chef will be passionate about the industry, have cooked to a high level and preferably have experience in gastropubs and new openings. For the successful candidate my client will offer up to £35000 for this unique role and a real stepping stone into more group focused roles.
