Responsibilities of Breakfast Chef
- Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes on the grill
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed
- Assist with stock control and food preparation
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently
- Work well under pressure during busy service periods
About you
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Chef, or Chef de Partie
- Confident cooking fresh food in a fast-paced café or restaurant
- Passion for quality ingredients and great food
- Reliable, hardworking, and a positive team player
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
