Are you an experienced Pub General Manager looking for a new challenge where you can build on it’s current success?

THE JOB:

  • Full responsibility for the operation, administration and strategic management of the site.
  • Financial responsibility of the site including but not limited to stock takes, takings, payroll and end of week reporting.
  • Operational approach during the pub’s peak shifts by providing an active support and front facing presence.
  • Ability to plan and oversee a variety of events including private hires or themed nights.
  • Training and development of the existing team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Min. two or more years of proven experience in a Pub General Manager position.
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
  • Strong financial acumen and administrative skills.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Drive to take an already busy operation further.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 40K per annum + bonus (45K OTE)
  • 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis.
