Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years’ senior hospitality management experience in high-end resort environments, exclusively private residence such as Villas.
  • Multilingual, with fluency in English and at least two other languages.
  • Track record in pre- and post-opening, team development, financial strategy, and guest excellence.
  • Proven commitment to sustainability and positive community impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/business management from a reputable university; post-graduate studies an asset.
