Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure the venue maintains its reputation as a top choice for weddings.
- Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiries to the big day.
- Drive sales performance, monitor conversion rates, and meet financial targets.
- Lead, train, and inspire the team to uphold high standards.
- Oversee venue facilities, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with head office to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Senior managerial experience in hospitality (essential).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
