My Client is looking for a strong and experienced General Manager for their site in Cramlington who is passionate about serving their local community, proud to take part in local events and fundraising. This property has recently undergone a major investment making this venue ideal for parties, watching sports and meeting friends and family. We are looking for a General Manager is hands on and someone who will not only lead a kitchen team but also train and motivate a team whilst continuously building the business to its next level, driving the company’s financial performance on a day to day basis.

The successful General Manager will have experience Managing and training a team, highest standards of care for our customers, the ability to drive financial performance of the business and sales, exceed our customers’ expectations with excellent customer service whilst achieving business targets and managing the team’s performance.
