My Client is looking for a General manager with strong branded experience and excellent marketing skills for their site in Cramlington, who is passionate about serving their local community, proud to take part in local events and fundraising and can work in a medium to high volume, fast paced environment. This property has recently undergone a major investment making this venue ideal for parties, watching sports and meeting friends and family. We are looking for a General Manager who is hands on, has strong marketing skills and someone who will not only lead a kitchen team but also train and motivate a team whilst pushing this newly refurbished property to its maximum potential continuously building the business to its next level, driving the company’s financial performance on a day to day basis.

Community based, Marketing skills and Branded experience in a medium to high volume site is an essential requirement in this role.
