Are you an experience Contract catering General Manager ready for the next challenge?

THE JOB:

  • Day to day management of a large Contract Catering site
  • Representing the Contract Caterer during all client meetings.
  • Management, mentoring and development of the team by providing both positive and constructive feedback.
  • Development of strong and long-lasting relationships with the Client and their employees as well as strengthening the business’ operation onsite.
  • Ensuring a complete guest satisfaction in every visit and encouraging return business within both internal and external clientele while remaining  in line with the business’ brand image.
  • Maintenance of the Health and Safety Standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Min. 2 years’ General Management experience within Contract Catering sector of the Hospitlaity Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Management but also of hospitality as well as meeting and event basics including set ups, operations, forward planning as well as client liaisons.
  • Keen eye for detail and a sense of luxury without compromise.
  • Ability to engage with both the team as well as the guests.
  • Ability to deliver to strict deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
