What is a general assistant / hospitality?

• A general assistant is a multi skilled hospitality operative. Someone who consistently delivers good hospitality and service both front of house and back of house.

 

We are looking for experienced General assistants with a background in hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity to choose when you want to work with an option of working at various venues such as restaurants, canteens, schools and maybe even a cocktail party or two…it’s up to you.

 

Basic Front of house duties include :

• Taking orders and serving both food & drink
• Clearing tables and resetting

 

Basic Back of house duties include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness in customer facing areas
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean.
• Collect and wash glassware and crockery

 

We are looking for friendly people with positive working attitude and a passion for hospitality.

 

What we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic and passionate people
• A drivers license will increase your rate of pay
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Reliable hospitality professionals
