Front of House Manager – Award winning Hotel Group – 21k Somerset

A wonderful opportunity for a Front of House Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Front desk in stunning boutique Hotel. This luxury Hotel is part of an award – winning group and is in prime position situated in the centre of Bath.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be a strong leader with a professional and approachable manner. This is a high-quality environment, so you will be expected to deliver on the equally high service standards.

 

As the Front of House Manager you will be responsible for:

• Recruit, train and lead the receptionists, porters and Night Managers

 

• Ensure all team members are delivering a professional and memorable experience to the guests.

 

• Daily reconciliation of the business, banking and other admin tasks for compliance to company financial audit requirements
• Oversea departmental payrolls and budgets

 

• To act as Duty Manager when required.

 

• To ensure that all charges are correctly entered on the guest’s bill and it is up to date always.

 

• Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered too.

 

Ideal assistant manager candidates will:

• An unwavering passion for customer service and colleague development.
• Must have worked at least at Supervisory level for no less than 2 years.

 

• Strong IT skills in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with PMS systems, Guest line would be an advantage but not essential

 

• Duty Manager experience.

 

• Excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
