Front of House Manager – Independent School | London SE26 | £31,500

Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

 

Are you a talented hospitality professional with a passion for great food, outstanding service and leading people? We are recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join our clients’ team based at this independent school site in London SE26 and play a key role in creating exceptional food experiences for students, staff and guests.

 

Catering for approx. 750 pupils and staff, the Catering operation covers core feeding as well as hospitality. As the Front of House Manager, you oversee the front of house department and help ensure every service is welcoming, memorable and delivered to the highest standard.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team
  • Oversee the delivery of excellent food and customer service
  • Work closely with the Chef/Manager to maintain consistently high standards
  • Quote, plan, cost and manage events and hospitality
  • Ensure every occasion is delivered smoothly and professionally

 

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This is a term time only position

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a Front of House Supervisor or Team Leader with a proven track record
  • Strong communication skills ensuring excellent interactions with both clients and team members
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in supervising Hospitality operations
  • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as work as part of
  • Attention to detail, adaptability and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
