Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in this very busy fresh food which is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and to join a friendly kitchen team.  All of the food is freshly prepared on site working with the freshest of ingredients.

 

Requirements for the role:

Experience of working a 1 or 2 Rosette experience required

Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills

Former experience at Junior Sous level

Experience of Conference and Banqueting

Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety

My client is offering a fantastic salary package up to £23,500 per annum

Current Junior Sous or Sous Chef ideal
