Food and Beverage Manager

Food & Beverage Manager | RH1, Surrey | Up to £40,000 | Daytime Hours

 

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead a thriving, high-volume, multi-outlet operation near RH1, Surrey.

With a busy café, restaurant, grab-and-go offer and event catering, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute operator who excels in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the day-to-day F&B operation, remaining visible and hands-on across all outlets
• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, service and speed during peak and off-peak periods
• Take ownership of commercial performance, identifying and implementing opportunities to increase profitability
• Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to develop menus, enhance service and introduce fresh ideas
• Plan and deliver seasonal activity and events across the F&B operation

 

What we’re looking for:

• Proven F&B leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality, leisure or visitor-attraction environment
• A confident, hands-on approach and the ability to lead effectively during busy service periods
• Experience managing multiple outlets or a similarly complex, high-volume operation
• Strong commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of how to improve profitability
• A proven track record of driving improvement and delivering stronger performance
• The ability to develop, motivate and lead large teams
• A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach under pressure

 

Working hours: 40 hours per week, worked across 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. This is a daytime role.
