My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in a beautiful property in Cheshire. The restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. The Head Chef is looking for someone who is driven, hardworking and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to at least 2 AA Rosette standard. This is one of the best Sous Chef jobs in the area at an amazing property.

Our client is looking for a Sous Chef with:
- Former experience at Sous Chef level
- Rosette Background preferred
- High understanding of the kitchen
- Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
- Ability to train new team members
- Strong Leadership skills
- An understanding of costing dishes and GP%
- Excellent communication skills.
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, my client is offering up to £29,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.
