A Sous Chef is required for a permanent contract working for a fresh food rosette operation in Worcestershire. The Head Chef is looking for someone who is driven and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to a high standard using only the best local suppliers in the area.

You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week.

This role would suit an energetic chef, ideal for a Jnr Sous Chef looking for the next step or a sous chef looking for a new challenge. As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience at Two Rosette Level a must.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team of chefs.
  • Driving licence and own transport very helpful.
