About the role

You’ll oversee all culinary operations across multiple outlets – from fine dining and beach restaurants to villa dining and guest chef programmes. With state-of-the-art kitchens, hydroponics, and organic gardens at your disposal, you’ll design innovative menus that celebrate the island’s produce while embracing global influences.

As Executive Chef, you’ll build and mentor a multicultural team, uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety, and deliver dining moments that guests will remember long after they leave. This is a guest-facing leadership role – your creativity and presence will become part of the Island experience.

Living and working on an Island

What we’re looking for

  • Michelin-star or equivalent fine dining background (minimum 3 rosettes or similar).

  • Experience leading kitchens in luxury, remote, or high-profile environments.

  • Proven creativity in menu development with a strong focus on sustainability.

  • Ability to recruit, inspire, and mentor an international team.

  • Approachable, adaptable, and able to connect with a diverse guest base.

  • Fluent in Multiple Languages Essential, English; French, German, or Italian an advantage.
