An Exec Head Chef is required for a global insurance firm in central London.
You will oversee all areas of the of the operation from staff restaurant – retail – hospitality – events – grab and go and offering the client street food – bespoke menus – Rosette and Michelin standard fine dining.
This is the perfect role for any Michelin or High Rosettes background Head Chef who has experience in contract catering at a high level.
You will be working closely with the existing team and liaising with the client and developing the outgoing service and food offering.
Exec Head Chef – Highlights:
- Salary £55,000 – £60,000
- 40 Hours (dependent on business)
- Multiple outlets of food offerings – from grab and go to sit down plated.
- Rosette / Michelin background required
- Strong leadership

- Monday – Friday – occasional fine dining evening events
