This hotel has a refurbished brasserie, afternoon teas, bar, weddings of upto 200 in a team of 10 in the brigade. This is a multi functioning hotel hence the Executive Head Chef role.
This hotel is part of a property company from London and this is the only hotel in the portfolio and has invested millions already and is continuing to do so – like a flagship.
There is a new fine dining restaurant/private members club scheduled to open later this year and YOUR Ideas and menus are required.
This is the ideal role for an Executive Head Chef looking for a new challenge. Strong hotel background – as well as Rosette experience is essential for this role.
