Executive Chef, North London £70k
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Executive Chef to oversee the food offer at this luxurious establishment based in North London.
Producing high level food in a unique environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culinary direction and lead a talented team.
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for overall kitchen operation and all food produced within it
- Leading, managing and inspiring a team as well as working as part of
- Creating and designing menus and dishes in line with expectations
- Involved in tasting, presentations and client meetings
- Ensure the food is maintained at high level and exceeds expectations in terms of presentation and taste
Working hours will be 5/7, 50 hrs per week
What we are looking for:
- An Executive Chef or Head Chef with a proven work background in fine dining ideally within a private members club, 5* hotel or similar
- A good team leader – able to manage, inspire and motivate a team
- PASSION! About food and ingredients as well as what you do
- Innovative and up to date with trends and concepts
- An exceptional eye for detail and presentation with flair and creativity
- Strong communication, organization and computer/admin skills
- Excellent financial
- Flexibility – able to adapt to business needs and last minute changes
