We are recruiting on behalf of one of a brilliant Event company that service some of the most prestigious clients across the capital.

The successful Sous Chef candidate will need to be

  • Highly organised and creative,
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to present tasting and serve clients face to face.
  • Have a fresh food background from restaurant food to large banqueting food.

The role is mainly Monday to Friday with daytime hours, at a salary of £24 – £26,000 gross pay per annum depending on experience, there will be weekends and evenings involved with overtime paid hourly.
