Operations Manager
A Monday – Friday* food led contract catering company is after a motivated & experienced Operations Manager who has a Chef Manager background due the dynamics of the role. The client itself near Coventry is one of the World’s most well-known vehicle manufacturing company’s near Coventry.
This is a hands-on Operations Manager role with a strong emphasis on Front of House operations, customer service, and team leadership as well as Kitchen experience. You will be responsible for all outlets including food for engineers, visitors and any events.
Operations Manager near Coventry Snapshot:
- Salary £38,000 – £40,000
- Predominantly Monday – Friday*
- Daytime hours
- Menu developing
- Multi outlet operation near Coventry
- Free parking
- Must be IT literate
- Must be comfortable talking to client and also visitors
*This role will be predominantly Monday – Friday however you need to work 1 weekend day per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations and menu planning
- Lead, train, and motivate the catering team & FOH
- Ensure all meals meet dietary and healthcare requirements
- Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
