An experienced Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working with a highly established & reputable Catering company. As the Demi Chef de Partie you will be based at one of Leicester’s most esteemed establishments.

Due to the high profile of the company it is important that you have proven experience in Corporate Catering or come from a Luxury Hotel environment, as all the food prepared is fresh, cooked from scratch and served at the highest of standards!

This is a fantastic role for an experienced an upcoming passionate Chef who is eager to develop their skills working with fresh ingredients at a high standard. You will join a team of experience Chefs in an enjoyable working environment where you will work 8 hour days in the form of either banqueting, fine dining or breakfast shifts.

Being a multi outlet operation you may be expected to work a weekend at times but expect a good balance.

As the Demi – Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Experience in Corporate Catering or Luxury Hotel environment

– Consistently deliver a high standard food offering

– Good team work ethic

The Demi –  Chef de partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– Train Junior team members / commis
