A Demi Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the South of Birmingham. My client is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume.

My client is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who can cope with running a small team and more than capable of working with high amounts of covers and prep. No need to worry about restaurants, brasseries, afternoon teas, room service you are fully focussed on conference and banqueting.

Some days will be simply prep days so you will be working a few day shifts as well which means extra nights off.

This role is ideal for candidates in the South of Birmingham including Birmingham, Solihull, Redditch and Coventry. Just off the main motorways this venue is completely accessible.

Here are the highlights:

£18,000 – £19,000 depending on experience

As Demi Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Demi Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Demi Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
