A Demi Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the Midlands. My client is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food restaurants.
We are talking locally sourced food, we are talking 100% fresh – to add to this company looks after its staff and always promotes from within and talking 3 Rosettes.
This role offer live in accommodation so this role is available for people outside the region or perhaps you live I the region but do not drive. If you are a chef who aims for Michelin this is the stepping stone.
You will be concentring on restaurant service only no conference and banqueting or afternoon tea – all of the focus is about the food.
Here are the highlights:
£16,500 – £19,500 depending on experience
