DBS Chef / Kitchen Manager : What You’ll Get

DBS Chef / Kitchen Manager : The Role
You’ll take ownership of the kitchen day to day, setting standards, leading from the front, and ensuring every service runs smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Preparing fresh, nutritious, high-quality meals
- Managing stock, organisation, and kitchen flow
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head of strong Sous Chef
- An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to complete one
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (minimum)
- A calm, organised approach and pride in consistency and standards
