Our client is a luxury yet traditional hotel and shooting lodge located an hour from Inverness which operates on a seasonal basis.
After a successful season last year of staffing this property, Jubilee have been again asked to find the perfect partnership for this client.
The ideal couple…
- One person would be the main chef cooking fresh food for breakfast and dinner.
Lunch is not busy and generally the restaurant will be closed.
The kitchen provides compete freedom for the lucky chef to cook a menu of their choosing.
The Director of the hotel can assist in the kitchen but would happily allow complete ownership to a chef who can lead their own kitchen. 30 covers would be an average house count.
- The second of the couple would be the front of house person
Experience working in a restaurant is required and if possible, some kitchen knowledge.
Between the two people the kitchen needs to operate plus lending a hand with the current team out front.
Their main clientele are shooting parties as well as hikers. The lodge open for seven months of the year and so the contract each year is seasonal.
The hotel has a good family feel for the team and they have a good core team who live locally. They want to invite a couple into the family for the season and enjoy their work as much as enjoying the fantastic location.
Accommodation for this role comes in the form of your own Chalet for exclusive use at a cost of £80 per month.
