Assistant Hospitality & Events Manager – B&I | EC2, London | Up to £48,000 | Monday–Friday, 40 hours

 

We are recruiting for an experienced, passionate Assistant Hospitality & Events Manager to join the team at a prestigious operation in the City of London.

 

Set within a modern, high-end environment, this operation is focused on delivering exceptional hospitality and service. The team provides fine dining, premium corporate hospitality and bespoke events to an outstanding standard, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, polished and memorable.

 

The role:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of premium hospitality, fine dining and events.
• Help lead, manage and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained at all times.
• Coordinate events and functions from initial planning through to flawless delivery.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver Michelin-level food and service.
• Oversee private dining, meetings and bespoke events, remaining hands-on where required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.

 

What we are looking for:

• Strong management experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining or premium corporate hospitality, ideally gained in a Michelin-level restaurant, five-star hotel, private members’ club or premium restaurant environment.
• Excellent knowledge of fine dining service and high-end events.
• A polished, approachable and professional presence.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, support and develop a talented team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, presentation and guest experience.
• A strong understanding of guest expectations, with a genuine drive to exceed them.
• The confidence to build relationships with senior clients, executives and VIP guests.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and outstanding service.
