My client is looking for a Commis Chef who can cope with running a small team and more than capable of working with high amounts of covers and prep. No need to worry about restaurants, brasseries, afternoon teas, room service you are fully focussed on conference and banqueting.
This role is for a highly successful and award winning conference and banqueting centre. With this you will work at last 2 days a week daytime where you simply prep for the week ahead so you will get some extra evenings off.

£18,000 – £19,500 depending on experience
