The Head Chef is looking for someone who is a chef not a cook as all the food here is made from scratch, carefully thought, printed with care and delivered first class by the highly experienced front of house team.
You will develop the menu with the Head Chef and create specials – don’t think that it will be the same menu all the time – seasonal, locally sourced and at high quality including a 7 and 9 course tasting menu with wine.

Salary £18,500 – £19,500 – depending on experience
