My client is currently recruiting a budding Commis chef established Private members club in central London.
This very popular and quality focused club is looking for a Commis chef to work amongst the team of 12 chefs, producing fine dining restaurant, banqueting, bar and afternoon teas, who they can develop and easily teach new skills.
This Role will suit a strong willed, passionate and focussed Commis chef who seriously wants to develop their future career.
As a Commis chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
• A good hard-working attitude, willingness to learn
• Passion for fresh, high quality food
• An understanding and practice of food safety requirements
It would be of an advantage but not essential to have: –
• Experience in high end banqueting
• Experience in fine dining
The Commis chef role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
• Carrying out all duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Assisting senior chefs in preparing high quality dishes.
• Work within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
For this role my client is offering £19,500 per annum, solid career progression and plenty of new skills. As a Commis chef you will be working 41.5 hrs a week.
