A Commis Chef is required for an award winning hotel in Warwickshire. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Commis Chef who has character, passion and drive.
You will not only be working for an award winning hotel but you will be working for an award winning company. The Hotel Company is no ordinary company – they are all exclusive where each establishment is stunning and the food is very high end.
A lot of the Chefs here have come from a Michelin background or certainly gone onto a Michelin property. Every venue has a Head Chef who has worked at senior level at least 3AA Rosette 1 or 2 Michelin Star standard so the training and progression is unreal. BUT YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE A BACKGROUND AT THIS LEVEL TO WORK HERE.
You will need to have a good amount of experience of the hotel industry – restaurant, bar and key here conference and banqueting.
The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for the next step.
This role is extremely close to Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Kenilworth.
