What the client is looking for a passionate Commis to mould into an all rounded Chef de partie who will eventually be able to hold their own within each section in the kitchen including pastry.
You can expect to have two and a half days off with a mixture of shifts, either early or late. There aren’t ridiculous hours here with a maximum of 45hrs in week but most weeks you will do less.
This role would suit someone living in Birmingham, Cannock , Stafford , Stoke or Wolverhampton if you prefer to live in there is cheap accommodation for just £40.00 per week.

As Commis chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Commis chef role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Commis chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
