The restaurant hosts up to 35 covers with an array of innovative dishes using high quality, locally sourced and where ever possible organic ingredients. What the client is looking for is a passionate Chef who is in love with quality & brings an air of positivity, to have a background working at rosette level would be great but not essential just as long as you have the skills to work with fresh food. You will work for the best so to be career driven is key as this is an opportunity to develop your culinary skills.

– Experience in working in a fine dining setting is preferable but not essential, if you can show experience with fresh food you will be considered.
