A Commis Chef is required for a permanent contract working within a Michelin kitchen in Birmingham. As a Commis Chef all you need is the desire and hunger to take the chance of changing your career dramatically. As a Commis Chef you will be surrounded by likeminded Commis Chefs and CDP’s, Sous and of course Head Chef. The support is endless you will not be thrown in at the deep end. YOU ARE THERE TO LEARN.
Years ago to work at a Michelin Kitchen you had to have Michelin experience but these days as long as you have worked with fresh food at a high standard (even if it has no accolades) as long as you have the right attitude, the focus, determination and hardworking then you will stand a good chance. The renowned Head Chef is happy to take on any Demi’s or Chef de Parties and train them into becoming a Michelin Star Chef.
You will be rewarded with a salary of £19,000 – £20,000
