Are you an experienced Chef de Rang of a Senior/Head Waiter looking for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

  • Day to day hands on service at a fine dining restaurant
  • Ensuring the highest quality of standards are met for service and cleanliness.
  • Making personalized recommendations on new menu items or offers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Prior experience in a Head Waiter or a Team Leader in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Confident with a hands-on service.
  • Able to multitask with ease.
  • Extensive knowledge with food and wine as well as willingness to learn more.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 35-37K per annum (including TRONC)
  • 5 days work week with fixed two days off
  • Meals on duty
