A passionate Commis Chef is required for permanent contract working for an intimate fine dining restaurant located in Derby.

Our client is a boutique hotel with stunning wedding facilities and fine dining restaurant pushing for Rosettes. As it’s a smaller intimate venue, the kitchen team are just 5 team members strong, so this is a great place for an ambitious Commis Chef to really get stuck in and stamp their mark in a supportive environment.

A brand new summer menu has just been created and is already getting rave reviews. The food is of a high standard using only fresh ingredients cooked from scratch. You will have your say in the daily menus and all input will be appreciated as it is important that the kitchen team remains a tight knit brigade and your opinion counts.

There is no doubt that with an ambitious nature that your attitude will be recognised and you will receive the support as you develop into a well-rounded Chef de Partie.

The shift pattern is just straight shifts!
