Commis Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Lead Chef are required to work with us on large events. We supply Racecourses and Circuits that need hardworking skilled chefs on temporary basis to support them on the busy race days.

We are looking for Weekend Chefs and chefs that require work on their days off for West Midlands racecourses and circuits.

Commis Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Lead Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented , you will offer the following experience, skills and qualification:-

Professional chef experience preferably have with in a Stadium or large venue environment.

-706 or NVQ Level 1&2 qualifications.

-Basic food/ Hygiene certificate.

-Proven knife skills in a kitchen environment

-The ability to manage a team.

-Good communication skills.

-Driving licence and own transport to different assignments that we can offer.


Commis Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Lead Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:-

  • Carrying out chef duties in a profession and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of a kitchen section or in some cases the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen function properly within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

 In return for your Commis Chef / Chef de Partie / Sous Chef / Lead Chef skills and experience, the client is offering an hourly pay rate between £ 8 and £ 12. This is an excellent opportunity to test your skills and experience whilst maximizing your earning potential by working additional hours.
